After a full day of touring we return to the Marriott Courtyard on Kauai's Coconut Beach where we are greeted with the embrace of aloha. As we take in the ocean view from the room we are reminded why so many flock to the island of Kauai for its breath-taking beauty and enchanted mana or spiritual quality which draws thousands of visitors to the Garden Island each year.

After exploring the island of Kauai, the plane touched down on the island Oahu and we were hungry and eager to try Hawaii's famous plate lunches. On the drive from the airport we came across Fatboy's which serves gourmet plate lunches.

KAUAI--713News goes "On The Road" to paradise to explore the picturesque garden island of Kauai.
We took to the air to get a bird's eye view of this lush paradise then by boat up the Wailua River to see the Fern Grotto. After the Fern Grotto, we made our way back down the river to take in a traditional Hawaiian luau. After spending a full day of exploring we checked in to the award-winning Koa Kea Hotel & Resort.
